Who we are

This website belongs to LevelUp Systems, based in Belgium. We help businesses handle customer communication through AI voice, WhatsApp and website assistants.

What we collect

We only collect what you type or send us yourself. Concretely:

• Your name, company, email address and phone number, when you give them to us.
• Anything you voluntarily write in the AI assistant, such as your sector, your question or how customers reach you today.
• The technical details every website receives from a visit, such as your IP address, handled by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

• To answer your question or enquiry.
• To prepare and hold a consultation with you.
• To follow up on your request, for example with a proposal.

Legal basis

When you contact us we use your information because you asked us to help, and because we have a legitimate interest in following up on business enquiries. If we ever want to send you marketing that you did not ask for, we will ask your permission first.

The AI assistant

The assistant on this website is powered by an external AI provider. To write an answer, the text of your conversation — including the earlier messages in that same conversation and any personal details you typed into it — is sent to that provider. So please do not share anything in the chat that you would not want to send by email.

Once the assistant has your name and email address, a summary of the conversation together with your contact details is sent to LevelUp by email so a person can follow up. We do not store the conversation in a database on this website.

Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager and no Meta Pixel on this site.

Your browser only stores two small functional items: your chosen language, so the site opens in the right language next time, and a temporary note that the small chat invitation has already been shown during this visit. Neither is used to follow you or to build a profile.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We do work with a small number of suppliers who process it on our behalf:

• Our hosting and platform provider, which runs this website (Lovable, including its infrastructure partners).
• Our AI provider, which generates the assistant's answers (Google Gemini, reached through the Lovable AI gateway).
• Our email provider, which delivers the enquiry to us (Resend).
• The mailbox provider that receives our email (currently a Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail mailbox).
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used on this site; your IP address reaches Google when the page loads.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and consultation requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
• Information about customers we work with: for as long as the collaboration lasts, plus the period the law requires us to keep records.
• Chat conversations: not stored by us beyond the email summary described above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit what we do with it, or to send it to you in a portable file. You can also object to us using it. Just email us and we will handle it, normally within a month.

If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels).
